After a record-setting amount of daily cases, Spokane County is surging past 1,000 coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.
According to the Spokane Regional Health District, Spokane County experiences a daily record of 56 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.
There are now 1,051 cases of coronavirus since the pandemic began.
The number of virus-related deaths in Spokane County remains at 37 and 109 hospitalizations. There are currently 14 patients in the hospital.
The Spokane Regional Health District says nearly 53-percent of cases have recovered in Spokane County.
