Washington Schools Ordered Closed for the Remainder of the School Year

Students in Washington state will not be returning to classrooms this school year.

Governor Jay Inslee says that private and public K-12 schools across Washington will be closed for the remainder of the school year.

“All schools will continued distance learning through the end of this school year,”

Last week, Inslee extended the statewide 'Stay Home, Stay Healthy' order a few more weeks to May 4th.

Across the country over 50-million students are out of school.
