Officially declared Amnesty Month by Spokane Mayor Condon, the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services will be waiving all fees and penalties for pet owners who come in and get their pets licensed. Licensing is required by law in Spokane County and not only pays for important animal service programs but is your pet’s ticket home should they become lost.
