For 27 years, the north Spokane food bank Caritas has helped people put food on their table. That goal expands May 13 with a one-day special event, “Key to Solutions.” Caritas is hosting a free Health and Resource Fair offering solutions to a variety of family and personal issues. It’s an event open to the public, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. More than 20 federal, state and local agencies are sending representatives able to address a wide range of problems — from domestic matters to nutrition and health care to veterans’ and elderly services. The “Solutions” fair will be held in the parking lot at Caritas’ location between N. Ash and N. Maple Sts.— one block south of W. Francis Ave. — at 1612 W. Dalke Ave.
