The Las Vegas Raiders and defensive end Maxx Crosby have reportedly agreed to a three-year, $106.5 million extension, which includes $91.5 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday (March 5).
"Las Vegas Raiders are signing Pro Bowl DE Maxx Crosby to a three-year, $106.5 million extension that includes $91.5 guaranteed, making him the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history, per sources. For the third time in four years, the Raiders are addressing the contract of their cornerstone player, this time cementing his relationship with the Raiders for the foreseeable future. The deal was negotiated by CJ LaBoy and Doug Hendrickson of @wasserman," Schefter wrote on his X account.
Crosby, 27, has spent his entire NFL career with the Raiders, having been selected at No. 106 overall in the fourth-round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The former Eastern Michigan standout has been selected to the Pro Bowl during each of the past four seasons and was a Second-team All-Pro in 2021 and 2023.
Crosby recorded 45 tackles, 7.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss during the 2024 season, despite dealing with an ankle injury sustained in Week 2 that ruled him out for the Raiders' Week 4 and Weeks 14-17 games, opting to undergo surgery.
