A poll of over 2,000 Americans has revealed that 4 out of five respondents have become more aware of small victories since the start of the pandemic.
Small wins can include decorating for the season, cleaning, and other home-related things.
87% of people find these wins to be extremely important throughout the day, with 67% pledging to be more aware of them.
Almost all respondents of the survey say that small wins have a positive impact on their mental health and 82% say that they are the key to having a great day.
