A high schooler in California is being called a hero after administering CPR on a toddler who nearly drowned.
After Maxine fell into the pool, Uncle Damien rushed to get her out of the pool and started calling for help.
“I saw that he was trying the Heimlich,” Madison told ABC 7 news. “But I knew in that case you needed CPR because she didn’t seem like she was breathing. I told everyone I knew CPR and it calmed everyone down.”
