The Spokane Steam Plant Restaurant has been closed since July of last year for renovations, but Monday, January 22nd marks it's grand reopening as the Steam Plant Kitchen & Brewery. KREM's Amanda Roley took a little tour.
Featuring a brand new dining area, events space that looks up at the smokestacks, open kitchen, and redone bar featuring 12 of their own beers and two rotating from other local breweries things look mighty tasty.
