Lots happening down near Riverfront, but the City isn't quite done planning.
The council announced they are debating the possibility of a zip-line that runs beneath the Monroe St. Bridge. The proposed zip-line, according to the City of Spokane communication director Brian Coddington, would run from the CSO 26 tank just north of the library, under the bridge, and end at Glover Field.
The City would like to include it as part of a brand new three mile trail head that starts at the same location, however Coddington does state that all of this is simply in the concept phase as they determine the feasibility.
