Rick Clark runs the Facebook page Spokane Memes, but his true passion lies with his charity "Giving Back Packs" in which Rick packs up back packs with essentials and hand delivers them to local homeless people around the city.
It's because of this charity Clark was featured on Mike Rowe's latest show Returning The Favor. Rick is also a recent graduate of Gonzaga University and started the charity because he himself was nearly homeless just a few short years ago.
