It sure is easy to heat up leftovers in the microwave, but it’s not always the best move! Food experts say to never microwave these three items:
HARD-BOILED EGGS: It causes pressure to build up inside the egg which could then explode when its cut or bitten into. Eek!
BROCCOLI: Or any food rich in vitamin C, like bell peppers. Did you know heat destroys vitamin C?
SEAFOOD: It’s not unsafe, but you will end up with dry, rubbery fish. And it's stinky...
